Tile Art is moving from Knickerbocker Place to a spot near Orange Tree imports on Monroe Street. This showcase for handcrafted and natural material tiles plans a grand reopening in conjunction with Gallery Night, Friday, Oct. 3. The new space will present a mosaic labyrinth, a Zen soaking tub, a mural of recycled glass, and the new Frank Lloyd Wright architectural tile collection as well as other lines that tile Art carries, such as Subway Ceramics, Bungalow Tile, Ocesanside Glasstile, Island Stone, Stone Forest, Motawi Tileworks, New Ravenna Mosaics, plus Rais Scandinavian-design influenced wood stoves. Tile Art is currently open by appointment.
