The D.C.-born rapper blends hip-hop and go-go with ease, drawing A-list collaborators such as Lady Gaga, Lil Wayne and even John Mayer. UW Union South Sett, 9 pm

The graphic novelist was a National Book Award finalist for American Born Chinese, the first comic book to get the nomination. He gives the Charlotte Zolotow lecture at this UW Cooperative Children's Book Center event.

Yes, there is life after Ralph Nader. Native American activist LaDuke was the consumer advocate's running mate in the 2000 presidential election, and at this UW Multicultural Student Center talk, she discusses "Religion, Faith and the Land from a Native Perspective."
Chazen Museum of Art, 7:30 pm
The theater director and playwright notched a Tony for Metamorphoses, the play she adapted from Ovid's ancient poem. A faculty member at Northwestern University, she speaks tonight at this Humanities Without Boundaries event.
