Not many of us will last nearly 40 years in one job and still love it, but all you have to do is watch band leader Mike Leckrone on the football field to see he's still having the time of his life! I got a chance to wear Mike's sparkly concert jackets when I emceed his recent Lifetime Achievement Award ceremony. It was actually very moving to see hundreds of friends and students honor him.
