twilight at the orpheum
Today's image is titled twilight at the orpheum and was photographed by Marie Kelleher.
Autumn is getting quite long in the tooth, with nights now falling early and the winter solstice a mere six weeks away. As seen in this photo of a leafless tree on State Street, towered over by the Orpheum marquee, the fall foliage is at or past peak throughout the entire state, including Madison and Dane County. What few leaves remain will soon be gone.
