Turnout is expected to be light for today's spring election with no statewide race or referendum at the top of the ticket.
Kevin Kennedy, director of the Government Accountability Board, says he expects about 375,000 of the state's 3.4 million registered voters to cast ballots. That would be a turnout of about 11 percent.
