Topic – Practical Tools for More Powerful Living – You want this – read on!
Wendy Warren Grapentine will join us this Tuesday to share some quick, easy, powerful tools to Reclaim Your Brain from Fight or Flight and the continuous stress of your world.
-- These tools take anywhere from 30 seconds to 3 minutes and can help you start your day off powerfully, keep your energies running strong all day, and bring you back to a place of power when the inevitable "hit" comes your way.
Having a child with challenges can keep you in a constant state of Fight or Flight.
In addition to an unpredictable child who you don't always know how to help, you can have work or other responsibilities, , other children, a spouse, extended family and friends, illnesses, plus aging parents… In the face off all that, it's extremely useful to find ways to put on YOUR oxygen mask first, so you can to be there for people who depend on you – and find time for yourself.
Wendy is a mind-body advocate, massage therapist and former television news medical reporter (Wendy Warren sound may familiar if you’ve lived in Madison a while).
Learn how to reclaim your self, engage in more powerful and confident parenting, and tap into your natural power,
