Senior Lunch Program
We welcome you to attend lunch at any of our dining centers. The menu includes a vegetarian entree choice every day, and a main dish salad choice on Wednesdays. Try out these alternatives!
If you are age 60 or older, or if you are disabled and living in a building where meals are served, you will not be charged for the meals. But in order to keep the program going, the county is requesting a suggested minimum donation of $4 per meal. You can make your donation anonymously at the dining center. Other persons who attend the meals will be asked to pay $7.50.
All meal reservations and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Call the dining center you plan to attend, or the coalition office at 251-8405. See the bottom of the menu on page 4 of this newsletter for dining locations and phone numbers. Come every day or pick and choose -- If you wish, you can reserve all of the dates you want to come at one time.
Transportation to the dining centers from your home is available for $1 round trip. Rides must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance; call Transit Solutions at 294-8747.
