e-Waste and Clothing Drive
When: Saturday, April 25th, 2015
Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm
Where: Pier 37 Parking Lot (Broadway and Monona Dr)
Citizens can turn in their old working and non-working cell phones, smart phones, laptops, notebooks, netbooks, e-readers, tablets, MP3 players, digital cameras and camcorders, GPS units and graphing calculators. All clothing, shoes, jewelry, fashion accessories, handbags, and household linens (bedding, towels, curtains, etc.). Volunteers will accept the items in the Pier 37 parking lot (Copps parking lot- Broadway and Monona Dr.)
This event is sponsored by the Winnequah School Parent Teacher Organization through partnerships with TerraCycle, Easter Seals Wisconsin, Staples, and Copps. Winnequah School will receive a small percentage of cash per pound of goods collected. More information can be found on the Monona PTO Facebook page.
Items that will not be accepted at this event include televisions, radios, stereos, other electrical appliances.
