Lowell Center Looking for New Permanent Visual Art
Callie LaPoint, event services specialist for UW-Extension Conference Centers, has put out a call for new permanent visual art for Lowell Center's meeting spaces.
"We've recently renamed our meeting spaces at Lowell Center and would like to update the art in the respective classrooms," said LaPoint. "They are named after the lakes in and around Madison: Mendota, Monona, Wingra and Wabesa. Our lower level classroom has been retitled Isthmus North and South."
Photographers, especially those who have exhibited photos at Lowell in the past, who have images to sell that reflect these geographical pieces of Madison, are invited to contact LaPoint. Email Callie LaPoint or call 608-890-1309.
