The Madison International Trade Association (MITA) and the North East Wisconsin International Business Network (NEWIBN) are teaming up together to tackle the issue of export compliance with a focus on agricultural, food, and beverage products.
The event will take place on April 14th at the Fox Valley Technical College – Appleton Campus in Appleton, WI. Registration starts at 11:30 a.m.; the program begins at 12:30 p.m. and includes lunch.

Global supply chain executives, export managers, international sales directors, senior executives, legal counsel, export documentation staff, international customer service staff.
Featured speakers at the event are Eric Wilson, Lead Attorney for the International Trade Team at Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. and Lisa Stout, International Economic Development Consultant at the Division of Agricultural Development at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP).
Following the presentations the participants will also hear from a panel of export specialists: Art Klein, Director for International Supply Chain at Johnsonville Sausage, LLC; Patrice Ruby, Customer Export and Compliance Manager at Sargento Foods and Larry Krueger, Sales and Export Manager for Krueger Lumber Co. The panel discussion will be moderated by Ashwini Rao, International Economic Development Consultant at the Division of Agricultural Development at the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP).
