There is drama in movement. From summer clouds to prairie winds to lazy rivers, Mark Weller captures the visual soul of the upper Midwest in a fresh and creative way. His photographs demonstrate a transformed way of considering - and experiencing - the familiar. This is accomplished by taking numerous photographs and compressing them into a single frame, whereby catching and accentuating movement. The technique is called timestacking and results in beautiful and evocative impressionistic images.
