press release: Mat Kearney is excited to reveal the title of his forthcoming new album – CRAZYTALK – with news of a 2018 US headlining tour that will feature Andrew Belle as main support. News of the 2018 tour comes on the heels of Kearney releasing new single “Better Than I Used to Be” via his new partnership with Caroline. The song, which is a collaboration between Mat and electronic producer AFSHeeN (Galantis, Selena Gomez, Madonna), is the first song to be released from Kearney’s forthcoming album CRAZYTALK and his first new music since 2015’s Just Kids. “Better Than I Used to Be” earned a spot on this week's New Music Friday playlist and has already crossed 1.5 MILLION combined plays across platforms. Upon release, it hit #27 on the Viral 50 Chart as CRAZYTALK is poised to be Kearney’s best album yet.

Mat Kearney is no stranger to the road and over the years has joined NEEDTOBREATHE for their annual “Tour de Compadres” and has shared the stage with John Mayer, Kelly Clarkson, Train and Florence and the Machine among others. Kearney is excited to hit the road in 2018 with a new label partner as well as new management. At the end of 2016 Kearney signed with Big Loud Management (Florida Georgia Line, Chris Lane) who just announced a merger with Maverick last week. While Maverick is excited to expand their Nashville footprint, Big Loud is looking to enhance the careers of Kearney and their other non-country artists.
