Resiliency: Helping You to Thrive in Challenging Times

Resiliency is the ability to “ride the wave” of changes, especially if they are unexpected, overwhelming, or negative. Resiliency starts with a positive attitude and makes life more enjoyable. Janet Nodorft, Certified Wellness Coach, Certified Worksite Wellness Specialist, and the owner of Blue Jewel Coaching, LLC, will discuss how you can bring resiliency into your life on Tuesday, June 14, from 7 to 8 p.m. at the Verona Public Library. Nodorft will discuss the definition and importance of resiliency, and the factors that contribute to being resilient. She will also offer steps you can take to improve your resiliency.
