press release: Huma Siddiqui returns to the library to prepare the popular Pakistani/Indian appetizers: the samosa! A samosa is a deep-fried pastry filled with spicy potatoes popular in Indian/Pakistani and Middle Eastern cuisine. Also on the menu: Cholay (Garbanzo beans in a flavorful tomato sauce with cilantro and Garam Masala) and Raita (a yogurt sauce with whole cumin and cilantro.)
