Pasqual’s Hilldale has partnered with Milagro to produce a special barrel of Milagro Select Reposado, traditionally made in small batches from blue agave grown in Jalisco, Mexico. Tasting at Pasqual’s, 670 N. Midvale Blvd., 7:30-11:30 p.m.

The Dorf Haus in Roxbury and Wollersheim Winery in Prairie du Sac will put on a four-course dinner with wine pairings. Winemaker Philippe Coquard has made a house wine, a Gewurztraminer, tol be featured with appetizers.
