Middleton Experimental Aircraft Association hosts its fifth "Fly-In/Drive-In" pancake breakfast, with airplane displays and rides. Pancakes, eggs, sausage, milk, coffee and juices will be served. Middleton Municipal Airport, 7:30 a.m.-noon, $6 adults, $3 kids 12 and under.
The regular Vegan Pancake Breakfast put on by Madison Hours is a steadfast Sunday option. Pancakes are served with or without nuts and fruit.
