DOWN: Scott Walker. On Rush Limbaugh's radio show, Walker predicted organizers would collect about 720,000 signatures for a recall. But on Tuesday, they submitted over 1 million signatures, not far off from the 1.12 million votes that elected Walker in 2010. See Judith Davidoff's article here.
