Madison Police are noticing an increase in use of the psychedelic drug 25I, also known as “n-bomb” or “smiles,” by teenagers. The drug causes erratic, sometimes violent, reactions in users. In last week’s Isthmus, Noah Phillips reported on what the drug does, as well as how police in general respond to people under the influence. He spoke to WORT-FM producer Dylan Brogan about the story for the station’s In Our Backyard news program.
