In last week’s Isthmus, Joe Tarr reported on one of the most controversial aspects of a controversial project known as Judge Doyle Square. The developer, a team lead by Bob Dunn, proposes constructing a headquarters for Exact Sciences, a hotel, retail and restaurants. But many are alarmed the city would also be providing more than $20 million to provide free parking for Exact Sciences. Some of that parking might even be used to compete with the city’s parking utility.
