In the health technology field, Madison’s Nordic Consulting has been a rising star, rated one of the best places to work. But as Bill Lueders reported in last week’s Isthmus, the company is being accused of sexually harassing an employee and then firing her when she complained. Drew Madden, the company’s president, allegedly made numerous sexually suggestive comments to Natalee Cruse, the company’s former vice president of marketing. The case is set to get a hearing this week before the city’s Equal Opportunities Division.
