The Wisconsin Assembly passed Gov. Scott Walker's 2011-13 biennial budget on a straight party line vote shortly after 3 a.m. Thursday morning. The bill now moves on to the state Senate, scheduled to convene later in the morning.
Another long session with numerous amendments is expected. As the session continues, we'll be pulling feeds from Twitter about it through discussions about the #extraordinarysession and #wibudget. Follow the action here, and please add your own observations and questions.
