Rock County sheriff's deputies arrest a 14-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy in connection to the death of Alexander Aiken, 13, who overdosed on oxycodone in February. The girl was tentatively charged with first-degree reckless homicide and is expected to be charged as an adult.
