I was very interested to read Stu Levitan's article on "Bucky's China Venture Falters" (1/29/2015). (I spent nearly two years teaching parasitology at a medical school in Suzhou to international students.) Why is Wisconsin trying to promote dairy products in China? Are they not aware that 85% of Chinese are lactose-intolerant? Not a good market!
In order to do business with China, an understanding of the culture is essential.
