Released this week: Avenue Montaigne, The Hills Have Eyes II, Premonition.
Avenue Montaigne: In this sweetly sad look at la vie Parisienne, three success stories - a soap-opera star (Valérie Lemercier), a virtuoso pianist (Albert Dupontel) and an art collector (Claude Brasseur) - would prefer to be doing something else. The movie often feels like an Ernst Lubitsch film, albeit without the celebrated Lubitsch touch.

Premonition: In this mess of a movie, a woman (Sandra Bullock) has a premonition of her husband's death and tries to prevent it. The script becomes more preposterous as it goes along.
