Released this week: Borat, Confetti, Fast Food Nation, Let's Go to Prison.
Borat: England's Sacha Baron Cohen plays a wild and crazy TV personality from Kazakhstan who comes to America to learn about our customs but really comes here to expose all the latent racism, sexism, homophobia and good ol' stupidity. Although he goes too far on occasion, it's hard to imagine anyone else getting this many laughs.
Confetti: This BBC Films mockumentary about three wacky weddings is enjoyably diverting, thanks to the strong British cast. The satire of bridal-industry excess is pretty tepid, but the film often succeeds as a gentler relationship-oriented farce.
