Cirque du Soleil: Worlds Away: This film offers bits from seven Cirque du Soleil shows, strung together with a thin story about a woman who pursues her circus-acrobat beloved into a bizarro realm. The acrobatics and designs are thrilling, but the leads are as dull as dishwater and the plot makes no sense.

Hitchcock: This biopic based on Stephen Rebello's book, Alfred Hitchcock and the Making of "Psycho", is also a love story about the famous director (played by Anthony Hopkins) and his wife, Alma (Helen Mirren). Unfortunately, it meddles with history and turns Hitchcock into an embarrassing caricature.
