Last Friday night, Overture Hall was the scene of a birthday concert and celebration for the MadHatters, a men's a capella group at UW-Madison. Founded in 1997, the 17-person group is distinguished by their matching cardinal sport jackets and a repertoire of standard tunes like "Goodnight, Sweetheart, Goodnight" to beatboxing. The group was not shy about featuring this latter talent at their show on Fri. 23, when they beatboxed versions of "Billie Jean," "Misirlou," and "On Wisconsin."
