A new week means a new bout of rain, keeping water levels high around southern Wisconsin and making flooding an ongoing concern. "A kayaker squeezes under the railroad bridge on Starkweather Creek," notes LaRosa in the caption to this photo, taken on Sunday, as the wettest month on record in Madison enters its final week.
