Today's image is titled Governmental Waste and was photographed by Tim Somers.
Not all photos of the Capitol in Madison necessarily focus on its looming dome. This photo by Somers, rather, focuses closely on one small corner of the building. It's a "shot of over-flowing dumpsters outside the lower-level main entrance," he explains in the caption to the image. Not intended as any serious commentary, Somers continues, the photo was "taken as a joke and named as such."
