Taken last Friday morning, this photo shows Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle speaking with Scott McDonell, Chair of the Dane County Board of Supervisors on the walkway ringing the Capitol. Doyle was leaving the building with his entourage when he ran into McDonell, out for a morning walk, for a brief conversation about the business of government.
