I don't know if I'm going to watch President Obama tell us everything we want to hear, but I am going to a place where others will. I will be trekking to the Essen Haus, where the Dane County Democrats are hosting a SOTU watch party.
My hope is that German beer and progressive politics should produce a moment worthy of The Sconz channel on youtube. The one minute of the announcement of Noel Radomski's now-defunct mayoral candidacy set the bar pretty high, so let's hope the Dems are drinking heavily tonight.
