What if, after Tom Morello, Wayne Kramer and others perform at the Capitol this evening, you still need a political music fix? You'll be all set. After the Morello show is over (it starts at 5 p.m.), the Majestic Theatre will host a benefit for the 14 Democratic senators who have fled the state.
The Concert for Compromise, they're calling it, and it features performances by Mama Digdown's Brass Band, the Handphibians, Steez and DJ Nick Nice, plus special guests.
A $20 minimum donation is requested. Proceeds benefit the campaign funds of those elusive senators.
