Join Congressman Mark Pocan for a celebration of art by high school students in the 2nd Congressional District! Peruse the art of the finalists in this competition and watch as the four top entries (which have been chosen by a panel of distinguished judges) are announced. The over-all winner of our district's competition will be displayed for one year in the U.S. Capitol. Reception following the presentation.
