When life is complex and we are swamped with responsibilities, how do wePrioritize?
How can we set Boundaries? Reduce Drama ? Find Relief ?
There are no perfect answers – but we will explore options.
About Parent Support Groups:
Usually 2nd Tuesdays, 6:30-8 pm, Briarpatch Youth Services, 2720 Rimrock Road.
4th Saturdays, 10-11:30 am, Trinity Lutheran Church, 1904 Winnebago St. Park in the church parking lot, enter the Atwood Ave door next to church lot. (Next to Chase Bank/the old Youth Services.) Walk upstairs to room 215.
- Free, no pre-registration required. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Light refreshments are served. Confidentiality is respected - what is said at group stays at group.
- Enjoy conversation with other adults that care for/about teens. (This is an event for adults unless otherwise noted.)

About this Program:
- Project HUGS (Have yoU Gotten Support?) provides, information, support and resources to parents/caregivers of teens and providers of families that work with teens. Support groups, case management, consultations and outreach are offered through our program.
Meetings for Project HUGS as follows:
Stoughton meetings: 2nd Tuesdays, 6:30-8 pm, Lakeview Church, 2200 Lincoln Ave, Stoughton. Park in the upper lot. Enter at the upper parking lot doors, follow signs to Fireside Rm.
Madison meetings: 4th Saturdays, 10-11:30 am, Trinity Lutheran Church, 1904 Winnebago, Madison
