Sports for Active Seniors Hiking

press release: Sunday Sept. 15 - Parfreys Glen. Meet at 9:00 a.m at the Middleton Park & Ride, carpool to beginning. Hike will have two segments; the first is 2.2 miles of ridge from Hy 113 to the Glen, some rocks and roots on initial 1/3 of this trail. Tuesday, October 1 - Devil's Lake. Meet at 9:00 at Middleton Park & Ride. We will carpool to the main visitors center at Devil's Lake. Hike will convene in front of the lakeside concession building and will take the West Bluff route, (500 ft. climb), and return along the lake path. We hope that fall leaf colors will appear by this date. Picnic lunch along lake shore after hike, bring sandwich and beverage. Some food available at concession building.
