Uptowner Toastmasters Club

press release: We are Toastmasters International Club (#1159) and meet in downtown Madison for one hour on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month. We meet in the Risser Center conference room (Room 144) at the corner of Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and Doty Street, on the first floor. It's the room with the big round windows, right on the corner. Look for the entry on MLK Jr. Blvd. flanked by a Wisconsin flag and an American flag.

We're dedicated to improving the public speaking and organizational leadership skills of our members in a friendly, helpful, learning environment. We've been doing that since March 1983 when we were founded.

Meetings are open to the public. Some members "brown bag" it to the meeting, and you're welcome to do the same. The closest parking is on the street or the Doty Street parking ramp.
