This Canadian band brings a fresh perspective to post-punk. Though properly punk in their use of guitar and punchy percussion, the band also has a penchant for pop in their catchy and cinematic hooks. This is especially true on their latest single, “Mining for Heart,” when frontman Jason Corbett sings over drawn-out synth chords on the song’s breathtaking chorus. It's CINCO DE MAYO, so we're celebrating as only Crucible can, by bringing one of Canada's hottest rock bands to play!

ACTORS blew up the post punk and rock scene last year with their debut It Will Come To You. They've been touring the world ever since, including huge shows at last year's COLD WAVES FESTIVAL in NYC, Chicago, and LA. ITCTY was cited as one of 2018's best everywhere from Post-punk.com to I Die: You Die, as well as on DJ lists everywhere.

The Bellwether Syndicate is the new band from FAITH & THE MUSE's William Faith and wife Sarah Rose Faith, aka legendary Chicago DJ Scary Lady Sarah. Combining elements of post punk and dark gothic rock, they will be celebrating the release of their first full length!

Null Device is one of synthpop's most eclectic and experimental bands, and luckily are located right here in Madison. They'll be playing old hits and (hopefully) tracks off their upcoming new release as well!
