Olbrich Gardens Canopy Sessions series of concerts in the Bolz Conservatory returns with a performance by Milwaukee-based singer and pianist Anthony Deutsch, who also composes music for and leads the trio Father Sky. In addition, Deutsch knows a whole lot of classic jazz, rock and blues songs, so expect a varied set list. Anthony Deutsch is a Milwaukee-based pianist, vocalist and composer. For nearly two decades, his musical journey has been largely informed by an unwavering thirst for truth and self-expression. Embodying both the light and darkness of the human experience, Deutsch aims to invoke a timeless presence. Improvisation is at the heart of his artistry. "Father Sky" is his original music project - heart-song music for the investigative human being.
We are excited to now offer a limited number of in-person tickets to attend The Canopy Sessions, our live music series held in the tropical Bolz Conservatory! Audience members must wear face masks and keep at least 6' of physical distance throughout the performances. We'll also continue to live stream the series through our Facebook page for those who wish to enjoy the music from the comfort of home.
