ONLINE: Beacon and Eggs

media release: For the past two years we have hosted a breakfast to benefit The Beacon; this year we have switched the event to be a quick virtual event in the morning on Tuesday, Feb. 23 from 8:00am – 8:30am.

During this unprecedented year, The Beacon has never closed its doors. The challenges of the global pandemic and civil unrest have been felt by all, especially those experiencing, or close to, homelessness. Our employees, volunteers and partner agencies have adapted to continue serving our guests, while keeping everyone safe. We cannot do this alone. The Beacon and Eggs event is our main fundraiser for The Beacon, sharing the challenges and successes of our guests, recognizing life changing volunteers, and connecting to new donors and volunteers.
