Want to learn more about brain health? The Aging & Disability Resource Center (ADRC) & the Madison School & Community Recreation (MSCR) organizations are collaborating to bring a six part brain health series to Madison area beginning in September, 2016. Local experts will share information about a brain health, lifestyle, exercise, effects of sleep, nutrition, music and stress reduction benefits of mindfulness.
