media release: Imagine starting your morning knowing your breakfast could help a parent feel supported and a family find hope. Join RISE Wisconsin and The Friends of Respite for our Breakfast for Nourishment fundraiser, an inspiring morning celebrating resilience and building community. Guests will enjoy a delicious breakfast, an insightful panel discussion, and stories of impact. Proceeds from Breakfast for Nourishment will directly benefit the Respite Center program.

This September, we'll gather for more than breakfast. We'll gather because every child deserves to have a safe place to go when they need it most.

Why this event matters...The Respite Center has been providing critical crisis and emergency services to children and families in Dane County for over 47 years. But we cannot do it without your support. One morning of community members coming together will make a lasting impact to the over 400 children Respite services annually.

Tickets are $35 per person and will go on sale beginning July 27, 2026.
