media release: Looking to feel empowered, and more confident? Art Hub is hosting Chimera,  proactive self-defense designed for everyday life! You'll leave this class with plenty of practical, real-world techniques, ranging from lethally violent strikes to nonviolent grab escapes to physical and verbal boundary-setting. Even if you never get in a fight, you'll be glad you took this class! This class is open to women, trans & non-binary people over 12 years old. A program of RCC Sexual Violence Resource Center.
