Smell the sweet allure, and learn about one of the all-time favorite flavors – chocolate! Olbrich’s new Bolz Conservatory exhibit, Chocolate: The Bitter and the Sweet, highlights the cacao tree and explores the story of chocolate in the warm, tropical environment of the Bolz Conservatory!
Olbrich’s Bolz Conservatory houses over 650 species of exotic and tropical plants. Fragrant flowers, a rushing waterfall, free-flying birds and colorful koi fish dwell in this tropical environment year round.
The Bolz Conservatory is open Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Admission for the general public is $2 for adults and free for children ages 5 and under. Admission is free for Olbrich Botanical Society members. Admission is free to the general public Wednesday and Saturday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Visit www.olbrich.org for more information.
