press release: Arena/Black Earth/Cross Plains/Mazomanie Town Hall Gathering to discuss the ongoing issues of over prescribing of OPIOID pain killers and the link to the HEROIN epidemic.  Solutions from local communities to the National challenge. Attend the gathering on October 27th, 2016 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm located at the Black Earth Village Hall, 1210 Mills Street in Black Earth.  Speakers to include: WI. Representative, John Nygren;  Physician and tenured professor in the UW Department of Family Medicine and Public Health, Richard L.
