Depression

press release: Margo Nelson, LPC-IT and owner of Courage Counseling, will be discussing the many facets of depression. It’s more than the “winter blues” and you can’t just “pull yourself up from your boot straps.” She will talk about some of the challenges of living with depression, how to support a loved one during a depressive episode, as well as some helpful strategies . At the end, there will be time for questions and discussion.​
