media release: Madison Magazine’s Best DJ in Madison winner, Nick Nice, returns to the booth.

March 29: Madison’s Favorite DJ, Nick Nice, is back in the booth for a Women’s History Month celebration of female artists from the 80s! We’re flipping down the TVs for an all Music Video set of everything from Madonna and Cyndi Lauper to Whitney Houston, Pat Benatar to Deborah Harry, Chaka Kahn and more!

April 18: Prince passed away 9 years ago this April….and on Friday, April 18th “Madison’s Favorite DJ” Nick Nice is going to pay tribute to his memory with a special Funky Friday dedicated to the music of Prince and friends!

ABOUT FUNKY FRIDAY: Every Friday night we bring nothing but funky beats to the Northside of Madison! Expect anything from James Brown to Prince, to 90s-era R&B and Hip-Hop…to experimental funk and hip-hop grooves. Come early for Chuck Money’s weekly “Melting Pot” from 5-8pm and stick around for those late night street tacos starting at 9pm! Kitchen open until 12am.
