The latest entrant into the livestream concert scene is Jazz on a Sunday, a collaborative effort by Arts + Literature Laboratory, Madison Music Collective and North Street Cabaret. The series kicks off with a trio led by Milwaukee singer-songwriter Donna Woodall, who blends jazz, folk and soul in her original songs and covers from various genres. Donations are encouraged during the Facebook Live concert.

media release: MMC and ALL present a livestream concert from North Street Cabaret that stars the extraordinary Milwaukee-based vocalist Donna Woodall. With her unique blend of jazz, blues, soul and pop, Ms. Woodall presents lush, intimate vocals with every performance and has established herself as a talented singer, bandleader, and songwriter in the Milwaukee music scene. A past performer at Jazz at Five and the Isthmus Jazz Festival, Ms. Woodall wowed the audience at her most recent Madison area performance at the 2019 edition of the Jazz Consortium’s “Strollin’ Middleton” jazz festival. For this concert, her DWTrio includes bassist Ethan Bender and pianist Theo Merriweather.

Jazz on a Sunday is a new series of livestream jazz concerts hosted by the Madison Music Collective, The North Street Cabaret and ArtLitLab.
