Bio:
Mr. Gasper teaches philosophy and works in the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning at Madison College. He is the co-editor of The Philosophy of Science (MIT Press, 1991) and the author of numerous articles about science and society.
He writes extensively on politics and the philosophy of science, is a frequent contributor to CounterPunch.
.A resident of Madison, Wisconsin, Phil took an active role in the “occupation of the State Capitol” following passage of a bill designed to control state spending by limiting collective bargaining for public employees in early 2011.
