media release: FINKEL is embarking on a promo tour in support of their latest album release titled, Islanders. The album scores a documentary presented by Slow Blink and distributed by Kamikaze Dogfight that will release in mid-September. The film is a sonic exploration of home. Documentary filmmakers followed FINKEL as they set out to write a record from within the frozen forests of their hometown - Michigan's isolated and eccentric Mackinac Island. The album was released on April 29th and FINKEL celebrated by headlining It's A School Night in Los Angeles.
