First-Time Home Buyer

press release: Home Buyer Education Classes, sponsored by the Home Buyers Round Table of Dane Co., Inc. (HBRT) in collaboration with GreenPath, Inc. and Project Home, resume on 1/12/2016.

These classes are held monthly on the 2nd and 3rd Tuesday of every month as well as two Saturday classes which fulfill requirements for down payment assistance and lending programs. Down payment assistance, WHEDA mortgages and other special lending programs are critical to households with low to moderate income to attain home ownership.

Both Tuesday night class sessions and an individual pre-purchase follow up apt. are required for home buyer education certificate.
